The Woodland boy’s lacrosse team is lead by our Head Coach Brandon Choate. Brandon has 15+ years of lacrosse experience. Growing up in Georgia, Brandon began playing in middle school. He then started his high schools boys and girls lacrosse teams, and was named 1st Team All - State, his senior year. After declining a scholarship to play at D2 school Mars Hill College in NC, he continued on to play in college while attending USF and WKU, where he played Middie. He has coached at the High School level, Middle School level, along with the Youth Raptor program, the Nashville Groove Travel Team and was the director of the lacrosse program at A-Game. Most recently he helped Co-Found the local area, non-profit elite travel lacrosse program, Tri-Star Lacrosse. He also enjoys coaching football for the Brentwood Blaze, where he has coached 6 years, and also sits on the board of directors. This will be Brandon’s tenth year leading the Woodland Lacrosse program.
